Founded in 1913, Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) is a private, Christian liberal arts university fully committed to an educational process that pursues both intellectual and spiritual development. NNU is committed to providing its students, both undergraduate and graduate, with an acquaintance with the major fields of knowledge through a study in the liberal arts. NNU serves approximately 1400 students annually. Besides supporting students under the ISGC Scholarship Program, NNU has participated in the NASA Opportunities for Visionary Academics (NOVA) program in order to enhance science courses offered at the University, and has begun to conduct research under the ISGC.
