The College of Southern Idaho, a public, comprehensive community college, provides educational, social and cultural opportunities for a diverse population of South Central Idaho. In this rapidly changing world, CSI encourages our students to lead enriched, productive and responsible lives. The College of Southern Idaho is one of the fastest growing institutions of higher education in the state, having doubled its enrollment in the past eight years. CSI currently serves approximately 7000 students. Undergraduate students at CSI have been supported through the ISGC Scholarship Program. CSI has twenty-three areas of focus that qualify under the Scholarship Program, and has had several scholars at the school. CSI has also coordinated several special projects in the past, including teacher workshops (such as Mars Pathfinder), creation of teacher resources, and programs focused on recruiting women into the sciences.
